Founded in 1986 by Mevlüt Çeri with 100 percent of equity capital in Bayrampaşa / İstanbul, our company continued its rubber coating works in Güneşli / İstanbul after 1989. Since 1997, the company has been operating under its current name of Menteks Textile Rubber Plastics Ind. Trade. L.L.C. In 2001, the facility was moved to its existing location in İkitelli Organized Industry Zone, which offers 1200 square meters of closed area.
While following up its line of development which maintained continuity during the past, Menteks gives particular importance to quality in order to provide customer satisfaction by carrying the training levels of its personnel to the highest point possible, whose skills have been continuously improved up to date. One another target of the company is to call a halt to your complaints and problems caused by the rapidly growing new producers, which can be defined to be one of the most important problems of the sector with their low quality products, thanks to its traditional quality.
Uninterruptedly developing its production technologies from date of foundation, today Menteks offer wide range of services with products completely formulized by Menteks designers. Rubber types we currently use in our applications are nitrile, hypalon, EPDM, neopren, silicon and of course natural rubber. Menteks has the capability to offer coatings with length up to 5000 mm and diameter up to 800 mm, in the hardness range of 20~100 ShA. In addition, any kind of metal rollers are also within the product range of Menteks. Menteks is able to perform all ridging, tapering, concaving and groove cutting operations by the help of its CNC grinding machine.
